Beryl was born on the 25th November 1946 to Ted and Rose Pickard.She was the first of 7 children born at the time when family ment everything to people.Raised in a family that was well know at the time in Old Ladywood, Birmingham Beryl did all of the things that normal girl would do;she loved ice skating,Dancing and makeing friends.
she meet one particular friend Pat Robinson at the age of five,who she remained best friends with untill her last hours.Such friendships are very hard to find these days.
Then Beryl discoverd boys,and one boy in particular who was Mick-who Beryl and Pat forght(in a friendly way)over concerning who was going to have him.Beryl won and she married Mick after a brief courtship,and had five children with him-Chris.Neil,Jason,Lee and Karen.but the marriage didn't last long and Beryl remained with the children with whom she was fiercely protective of.
Twent-five years ago Beryl meet someone who changed her life and became her solemate as well as the love of her life.Frank who she married,took on along with Beryl the difficult task of raising the children Frank and Beryl were made for each outher and no one could come between them.
Beryl loved Bingo,Car Boots and Auctions these were her hobbies and she enjoyed all of them. She also loved her holidays and music but the main thing Beryl loved was her family-Frank,her Children and Grandchildren That's all that really matterd to her
